As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across the full stack – from robust backend logic to responsive, user-friendly frontends.

⚙️ What will you be doing?

• You’ll develop and maintain user-friendly frontends in React/JavaScript and robust backend components in PHP and SQL.

• You’ll build scalable, future-proof web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and security.

• You’ll develop and maintain APIs and implement integrations with external systems.

• You’ll actively contribute to architectural decisions and technical design across the full stack.

• You’ll collaborate closely with a small, professional team where your input is truly valued.

• You’ll help advance the professionalization of our software, processes, and tooling.

🧠 What do you bring?

• 5–10 years of experience as a full stack developer (mid-level).

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, PHP, and SQL.

• You’re comfortable switching between frontend and backend development, and can work independently in both.

• You enjoy solving complex problems and know how to strike the right balance between “beautiful code” and “code that works.”

• You’re not afraid of legacy code—you see it as an opportunity for improvement.

• You’re a team player who enjoys brainstorming, improving, and building toward shared goals.

• You’re proactive, improvement-minded, and eager to continue developing your skills.
